It can be very confusing to try and untangle the various ways that we can suffer; whether with a relationship, a physical symptom, or an inability to make a decision. Carrie does not pretend to erase a problem or to have all the answers, but she has been an excellent place to start for many people.

Using tuning (see Deena Spear's website for more information) as a starting point, Carrie then listens to and feels her intuition and guidance to give her clients insights and tools for moving forward.

Each journey can look very different for each person. Sometimes another practitioner is suggested and sometimes individualized *homework* is given for the client's growth. Often, Carrie teaches her clients new skills that she has worked with.
